Xu Ming, male, born in May 1956, Han nationality, is a native of Wuxi,
Jiangsu Province. He earned his MA degree from the Party School of CPC Central
Committee. He joined the Communist Party of China (CPC) in April 1977 and began
to work in June 1973.
Xu Ming is now Vice Governor of Jiangsu, Secretary of CPC Xuzhou Municipal
Committee, and Chairman of the Standing Committee of Xuzhou Municipal People’s
Congress
