Shi Heping, male, born in February 1955, Han Nationality, is a native of
Liyang, Changzhou.
Shi Heping started his first job in February 1971 and
joined the Communist Party of China (CPC) in December 1974. With the Bachelor’s
Degree in Law, he is also a senior engineer.
Shi Heping currently serves as
Vice Governor of Jiangsu, Secretary of CPC Zhenjiang Municipal Committee and
Chairman of the Standing Committee of Zhenjiang Municipal People’s Congress.
