Qiuhe, now Vice Governor and member of the party leadership group, Jiangsu Province, male, born in Jan. 1957, Han nationality, is a native of Binhai, Jiangsu Province. With a university education, he earned a BA degree. He is an Assistant Research Associate. He joined the Communist Party of China (CPC) in Aug. 1977 and began to work in Jan. 1982.
