Li Xiaomin, male, born in May 1959, Han Nationality, is a native of Laiyang, Shandong Province.
　　Li Xiaomin earned his Bachelor’s Degree in History of European Capitalist Economic and Social Development in the Department of History of Nanjing University in September 1979. He joined the Communist Party of China (CPC) in November 1982 and started his first job in August 1983.
　　Li Xiaomin currently serves as Vice Governor, Secretary General of Jiangsu Provincial People’s Government and Director General of General Office of Jiangsu Provincial People’s Government.
