The thirteenth congress of Jiangsu Communist Youth League opened in Nanjing on the moring of April 15th. Liang Baohua, the Provincial Party Secretary, addressed to the opening ceremony, hoping the youth of Jiangsu Province will consolidate the belief, have high aspirations, work hard, strengthen the ability, seek improvement, have the courage of making innovation, get ready to make contribution, edify the sentiment, reinforce the culture, and assume the responsibility that the times and the people endow the youth with, making contribution for a better Jiangsu.
　　Provincial leaders Luo Zhijun, Zhang Lianzhen, Wang Guosheng, Li Yunfeng, Chen Yiyuan, Yang Xinli, Huang Lixin, Li Quanlin, Zhang Yan, Li Xiaomin, Zhang Jiuhan attended the opening ceremony.
　　Six hundred and sixty-six deputies of the Communist Youth League from all areas of the whole province walked into the Nanjing Great Hall of the People at around eight o’clock in the morning, and attended the thirteenth congress of Jiangsu Communist Youth League, fulfilling their sacred obligation. The main task this congress was to summarize the work since the twelfth congress, to decide the next five years’aims and tasks of Jiangsu Communist Youth League through research, to vote for the member of thirteenth Committee of Jiangsu Communist Youth League, and to lead the youth of Jiangsu Province to make contribution for a better Jiangsu.
