On August 22, Governor Liang Baohua, Vice Governor Zhang Taolin and officials from provincial departments visited Jiangsu Software Park and some software enterprises in Nanjing. Liang emphasized that we should give full play to Jiangsu’s advantage in science and education, foster good environment for business and innovation. Special emphasis should be laid on the outsourcing of software and service to promote the optimization and upgrade of industrial mix and ultimately to boost sound and fast economic development.
