Governor Liang Baohua researched on the south Jiangsu industrial upgrade and new competitive edge and listened to the voice of officials and the public in Changzhou on August 25 and 26. Liang emphasized that in the new phase of development south Jiangsu should carry the scientific outlook on development in depth and promote the transformation of the development mode. By accelerating the upgrade of economic structure they shall gain new competitive edge and continue to take the lead in Jiangsu and even throughout China.
