The office procedures is as follows:
(1) The hosting institution should present its application 6 months in advance;
(2)The concerned responsible divisions & offices of  Jiangsu Provincial Science & TechNology Department will make the examination & approval:
(3) The head of Jiangsu Provincial Science & TechNology Department will make the final examination & approval;
(4)Deliver the examination & approval documents;
(5)The requirements of the contents of the application documents include:
a) The Chinese & English names of the conference or exhibition;
b) The Chinese & English names of the hosting institution & the organizing party;
c) The aim & contents of the conference & exhibitions;
d) The time & time term for conference & exhibition
e) The conference attendees & exhibition area;
F)The origin of expenses for hosting the conference & exhibitions;
g) The contact person & means of contact of the conference & the exhibitions;
h) In case the conference or the exhibition is held in other locations, you should hand in the views of the local responsible science & techNology bureau;

• Application Qualification: The representatives of foreign attendees must be under 150, the research symposium, the report conference,ideas-exchanging conference, forum & etc for the sake of sci-tech academic research;
(2) The exhibition area should be under 1000 square meters, for the sake of presenting scientific research, techNology & high-tech products, the exhibition,the international fair,the techNology presentation & exchange conference & etc of the exhibitioners outside the boundary of mainland China must be over 20% in proportion;
