(2) According to Document NO. 122 <1987>issued by Jiangsu Provincial Office on “ In Care of the Notification of the Letter on Re-emphasizing the Ministry of Foreign Economy &Trade as the only Unified Inlet to Manage Assistance Gratis or Donation Money Given by the International Organizations, Foreign Governments & Non-Governmental Organizations “ & it states “ Jiangsu Provincial Foreign Economic & Trade Commission is the only unified inlet to manage projects from the international assistance gratis, each locality & department should get in touch with Jiangsu Provincial Foreign Economic & Trade Commission for future project application & for the implementation of the projects, every concerned party should try its best to support in order to raise the efficiency of the projects.
