a.The enterprise that is above restriction amount of investment should hand in the appraisal views of the techNological appraisal departments accepted by the industry responsible departments of the State Council;
b.It should belong to the production projects of encouragement type of “The Guidance Catalogues for Foreign Entrepreneur Investment Industry “ issued by the State Council;
c.The confirmed application letter of the advanced techNological enterprise & its enterprise brief introductions ( one copy with 3 duplicates & it must be concurred with the initial examination of the local foreign economy & trade bureau;
d.The feasibility study report of the project & its ratified certificate.( duplicate copies );
e.The ratified certificate of the enterprise, business license certificate, contract, chapters & its ratified certificate ( duplicate copies );
f.The capital examination report issued by the registered accountant for the registered capital by every side of the investment party ( the original capital examination report is needed & investment capital should go the bank account number as agreed on time );
g.The techNology transfer agreement of the enterprise & its ratified certificate;
h.The inspection qualification report of the enterprise production lines;
i.The techNology appraisal report issued by the industry responsible bureau & sci-tech management bureau for the recent 1 or 2 years for the said enterprise ( in principle the techNology appraisal report must be issued by the management departments of the provincial level or above the provincial level)
j.The appraisal report issued by the local techNology supervision bureau for the enterprise Norms of domestic sale products & product measurement report;
