The special
foreign capital preliminary examination division must submit the following
documents to Jiangsu Provincial Department of Foreign Trade and Economic
Cooperation
1) The preliminary examination division should submit the
registration documents to Jiangsu Provincial Department of Foreign Trade
and Economic Cooperation
2) The application letter for the set-up of the
foreign capital enterprise;
3) The feasibility study report;
4) The
foreign capital enterprise chapters signed by the empowered representative of
the investment party;
5) The names of the president, the deputy president
& the board of directors of the foreign capital enterprises;
6) The
explanations submitted by the preliminary examination division to Jiangsu
Provincial Department of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation for
enterprises that exceed the amount limit & belong to the encouraged category
& don¡¯t need our governments for consideration of comprehensive
balance;
7) The effective & qualification & credit certificates of
the investors as legal businessmen;
8) The effective identity certificates of
the members of the board of directors & the entrusted letter signed by the
legal person representative;
9) The effective certificates of environmental
protection, fire protection & land & etc.
10) The pre-examined
Notification sheet for the name;
11) The detailed equipment list;
12)
Other documents required by the examination & approval departments;
The
above-mentioned documents must be catalogued according to its serial numbers
& bookbinding for 3 duplicates & submit them to higher-ups;
2. The
Chinese-Foreign joint ventures & Chinese-Foreign contractual cooperation
enterprises:
The special foreign capital preliminary examination division
must submit the following documents to Jiangsu Provincial Department of
Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation:
1) The preliminary examination
division should submit the registration documents to Jiangsu Provincial
Department of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation
2) The application
letter for the set-up of the JV enterprise
3) The feasibility study report
compiled jointly by both sides of the JV enterprise;
4) The JV enterprise
agreement, contract & chapters signed by the empowered representatives of
both sides of the JV enterprise;
5) The names of the president, the deputy
president & the board of directors of the JV enterprise entrusted by both
sides of the JV enterprise;
6) The explanations submitted by the preliminary
examination division to Jiangsu Provincial Department of Foreign Trade and
Economic Cooperation for enterprises that exceed the amount limit & belong
to the encouraged category & don¡¯t need our governments for consideration of
comprehensive balance;
7) The effective & qualification & credit
certificates of the Chinese-Foreign investors as legal businessmen;
8) The
effective identity certificates of the members of the board of directors &
the entrusted letter signed by the legal person representative;
9) The
effective certificates of environmental protection, fire protection & land
& etc.
10) The pre-examined Notification sheet for the name;
11) Last
fiscal year audit report (inspecting the rights & interests of the ownership
) of the Chinese investor;
