Governor Luo Zhijun hosted Foreign Investment Seminar in Nanjing on the afternoon of April 10th. He listened to the opinion and advice of foreign investment enterprises on how to further liberate the thought, carry out the scientific outlook on development and promote the sustainable development of the open economy in the new situation. Luo Zhijun pointed out, the government should create a better service environment for foreign investment enterprises, and guide foreign investment enterprises to grasp the chance, modify initiatively and promote the good and rapid development of the open economy.
　　Currently, the international economic environment becomes more complicated, and the domestic policies undergo many modification. In face of the new pressure and challenge, the open economy in Jiangsu still keeps developing stably. Luo Zhijun was great concerned about how to guide foreign investment enterprises to respond to the new changes, grasp the new opportunity due to the restructure of industry and investment distribution modification, and realize the sustainable development of the open economy. In the seminar, he gathered with more than 20 responsible people of foreign investment enterprises from Nanjing ,Suzhou, Wuxi, Nantong and other places. He listened to the speeches of 8 delegates, including the responsible person of Provincial Foreign Economy and Trade Hall and the delegates of Nanjing Ericssion, and of Panda Communications Technology Co., Ltd. From time to time, he had heated discussion with the delegates on the crucial problems of the open economy and talked about the plan to promote the good and rapid development of the open economy.
