On August 12, Party Secretary Li Yuanchao visits the 1st Officials’ Workshop on International Service Outsourcing and had conversations with the participants. He pointed out that it was Jiangsu’s significant strategic decision to scale up the development of modern service industry especially international service outsourcing. Apart from an international base of advanced manufacturing, Jiangsu will also try to build itself into a destination for international service outsourcing. The World’s Factory will also become the World’s Office.
