Jiangsu Party and Government delegation headed by Party Secretary Li Yuanchao and Governor Liang Baohua paid a study trip to Shaangxi Province from August 7 to August 9. The two provinces held a seminar on economic and social development on the morning of August 7th. At the seminar, Li Yuanchao and Liang Baohua said to their Shaanxi counterparts Party Secretary Zhao Leji and Governor Yuan Chunqing that Jiangsu will actively participate in the Western Region Development and strengthen strategic cooperation with Shaanxi in all aspects and by innovative means so as to promote complementarities and reciprocity.
