On October 27th, Party Secretary of CPC Jiangsu Provincial Committee Li Yuanchao inspected in Nantong for studying the situation about constructing the medical service system in urban and rural areas. He stressed that each local government should carry out the demands of General Secretary of CPC Hu Jintao to accelerate the reforms to medical affairs and further construct the basic healthy guarantee serving system which will cover all the urban and rural areas in Jiangsu in order to benefit everybody.
