On the morning of October 22nd, CPC Jiangsu Provincial Committee held a study meeting, and invited comrade Yang Jingyu, Member of Standing Committee of National People’s Congress and Chairman of the Law Commission of National People’s Congress, to make a report on learning Law of the People’s Republic of China on the Supervision of Standing Committees of People’s Congresses at Various Levels. Party Secretary Li Yuanchao presided over the meeting, and he pointed out that, the enactment and execution of this supervision law were favorable for promoting the construction of socialist legal system. All the cadres should take the lead to learn this law so as to thoroughly implement it.
　　Li Yuanchao pointed out that, Standing Committees of People’s Congresses at various levels should thoroughly implement the supervision law to improve their work. Governments, courts and procuratorates at different levels should perform their obligations, and consciously subject to the supervision in order to enhance the ability of administration and the level of judicial fairness.
