Foreigners should hand in the following materials to apply for Permanent Residence in China:
　　1、The truthfully filled Application Form for Foreigners Applying for Permanent Residence in China;
　　2、Valid foreign passport or other certificates that can take the place of passport;
　　3、Heath certificate that is issued and approved by Chinese health and quarantine organs or by foreign medical institutes that are authenticated by the Chinese embassy or consulates in that country.
　　4、Certificate of no criminal conviction authenticated by Chinese embassy or consulates in that country.
　　5、Four latest 2-inch color photo, front image, no hat;
　　6、Other materials listed in the Administrative Measures on Approval of Foreigner's Permanent Residence in. China
