　　People who are in conflict to Marriage Laws of China, such as the people who suffer Hansen's disease and other diseases that are not permitted to marry by doctors are not permitted to marry in China, and also not permitted to marry foreigners.
　　People who are receiving reeducation through labor or serving a sentence can't marry foreigners until she or he is released.
